The main goal of the lecture is to show possibilities to use selected molecules properties in molecular nanodevices.
Contents:
1. Molecular electronics - integration of organic molecules into electronic devices, 2 .Charge transport in molecular devices, experimets, modelling. Charge-phonon interaction, polarons. Quantum chemical models of molecular nanosystems using semiempirical and ab-initio methods. Specific molecular material for nanosystems - photochromic molecules, molecular wires, molecular switches, optoelecronic nanodevices, DNA. Molecular PHOTO-FET construction, model. 12. Diagnostic and thearepeutic methods in medicine using molecular nanosystems, cancer therapy.
